There's no org chart here. Both brothers work every engagement end to end — strategy, execution, business development. You talk to the people doing the work, every time.

Nicholas leans creative: the ideas that make an app engaging, the angles that make a campaign land, the instinct for what people will actually respond to. Jeremy leans numbers: he takes the exciting idea, strips the hype off it, and turns what's left into a practical, step-by-step plan with figures attached.

Every strategy has to get past both of us before it gets to you. The overlap is the point.

We ship our own

We build our own apps. Everything we tell you about launch, pricing and growth is something we've had to get right ourselves, on our own products, with our own money. It's the best training program we've found and the reason our advice tends to be specific.

What we won't do

No guaranteed rankings. No invented case studies. No decks where the font does the work. If we can't measure it, we won't claim it — and if something we try doesn't work, you'll hear it from us first, along with what we're changing.
