Building the app is the easy part.

Somebody still has to work out how people find it, what they should pay for it, and why the numbers hold up once it grows. That's the work we do.

Burch Brothers is a marketing and strategy firm for founders who want their app to become a business, not just a launch.

01

Every app lives or dies on two questions.

Will anyone find it?

The stores reward momentum, and momentum has to come from somewhere. A launch window you only get once. Search terms people actually type. A reason for one user to bring you the next one. Paid ads are the most expensive answer to this question, which is why we treat them as a last resort instead of a first move.

Does the math work?

Downloads are not a business. The business is what happens after: who subscribes, what they buy next, and what each of those users costs you to serve. If your app runs on AI, that last part can quietly eat everything. We design the pricing before it gets the chance.

02

One firm, four disciplines.

Most shops sell you one of these and call it a strategy. They only work together.

Your launch is the one moment the stores are watching. We plan for it like it won't come again — store presence, search position, and the organic loops that keep installs arriving after the launch bump fades.

Subscriptions, consumables, one-time purchases — and which of them your app should actually use. We structure the offer, price it against your real costs, and build the back end where most of the revenue lives.

We use AI to build faster and we help you use it inside your product without giving the margin away. If a model is doing the thinking, the pricing has to know what the thinking costs.

Influencers matched to what your app actually does. Produced video that doesn't look like an ad template. Partnerships and back-end sales strategy. The channels past the ad auction, where acquisition gets cheaper instead of more expensive.

03

No packages. No rate card.

We don't sell tiers off a menu, because no two apps need the same work. An engagement starts with a call: what you've built, where it stands, what it needs first. Then we scope it and tell you plainly what it costs and what you should expect back. Some engagements are one project. Some are ongoing. For the right product, we'll structure around its upside — we're not afraid to bet on the things we work on.

04

We take our own advice.

We ship apps of our own — planned, priced, and launched with the same playbook we run for clients. That keeps the advice honest. When we tell you a paywall placement works or a launch sequence matters, it's because we've paid for the lesson ourselves.

A call costs you twenty minutes. You'll leave knowing what we'd do first and why — whether or not you hire us to do it.
